Today CMA signed an MOU with Tamil Doctors International an unit of RISE organization, during their 11th International conference held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia . In the colorful function on behalf of CMA , the president and secretary signed the MOU and from Tamil Doctors International Dr.Vetri and RISE International Fr.Gasper signed for mutual support in the broader vision of affordable and accessible health care to all.

The Commonwealth Medical Association was established in 1962.The CMA Executive arm is made up off the President, VPs from the six(6) regions and a secretary general.
The main aim of the CMA is to assist and strengthen the capacities of National Medical Associations of countries within the Commonwealth to improve the health and well-being of their communities and countries.
